Over a decade of experience within the motor trade; mostly within the motor finance sector. Senior Management experience within a broker environment providing high quality proposal management for large and small dealer groups alike including prime to deep-sub prime underwriting, converting acceptances into sales, and sales into pay-outs meeting and exceeding set KPIs and SLAs. All of which lead into a wide understanding of the regulatory landscape of motor finance and consumer credit previously holding SMF16 for Compliance Oversight. Experience in, and not limited to, the implementation of Consumer Duty, Good Customer Outcomes Monitoring, MI Analysis (VC, Complaints, Feedback etc), critical auditing, onboarding administration and developing and managing processes behind recording and responding to DCA Complaints within the FCAs guidance.
