Ryan leads the interactive development team at Publicis Toronto, Canada’s largest advertising agency. Under Ryan’s leadership, Publicis’ digital development offering has grown exponentially not just in terms of size; but equally importantly in terms of innovation, agility, and quality control. Ryan has been both a creative and a developer, which gives him a unique ability to ensure optimal development while concurrently and continuously looking to protect and elevate the creative idea. Ryan has also been instrumental in creating and enforcing stringent production standards and best practices for the development and QA teams to ensure every deliverable is always being delivered flawlessly. Never one to stop learning or growing, Ryan is constantly researching and tinkering with the next new thing in digital. His curious nature and a need to know how things work helps to keep Ryan on top of the latest trends and technologies, and understanding how they fit into the current digital marketing mix.  Ryan has worked on many of North America’s biggest digital advertisers, including Rogers, Stellantis, Walmart, The Home Depot, Westjet, Merck, Citi, Sephora, Red Lobster, Proctor & Gamble, LG, HP Enterprises, and Four Seasons.
