Within my first year with MarketSource on the LG account, I took the historically struggling Cincinnati/Dayton market (80+ retail stores), and turned it into one of the highest performing territories in the company. LG offered me a challenge in my second year and I was able to show more measurable impact after I was tasked with taking over the Cleveland market, turning it into one of the highest performing markets in the country measured in revenue and sales per door.

With customer satisfaction as my top priority, I resolved customer issues by troubleshooting and repairing phones. Aside from technical repairs, I was responsible for communicating solutions, often educating consumers, and equipping the customer with tools necessary to achieve solutions.

Encouraged to aggressively up sell and drive business through various marketing and sales tactics. This position introduced me not only to wireless, but sales driven customer service in general.
