Problem solving and resolution were also part of my responsibilities as well as processing payments. I developed a quote sheet document to streamline the acquisition of customer information.

In my role as Programs Manager, I directed packing events in which volunteers’ filled backpacks with food for homeless children who could not afford meals outside of school. I inventoried supplies and organized materials needed for packing events. I was a liaison between the Foundation and Broward County Schools administrators with whom I coordinated the distribution of the Friday Kids Pak Program meals. I managed groups of over 75 volunteers and planned events for corporate companies such as Oracle, United Kronos Group, Florida Atlantic University and Keller-Williams Realty.
