• Worked closely with leadership, copywriters, and creative strategists to help define Imgur’s brand and upgrade all visual touchpoints. Imgur rebrand was featured in Ad Week and Wired.• Led design excellence through the creation of consistent and beautiful collateral such as marketing materials, illustrations, animations, internal and external presentations, email newsletter templates, the company handbook, and apparel.• Spearheaded a company-wide roll-out of brand guidelines and initiatives into a week-long series educating the company on guidelines, file accessibility, as well as procedures for integrating the brand into internal and external media.• Partnered with marketing, sales, and people ops, HR, and engineering teams to ensure consistent and beautiful user brand expression through digital and physical collateral, service offerings, office space, and experiential touchpoints.• Built a scalable design practice through design leadership, design classes, mentorship, speaking engagements, and management of creatives and contractors, including talks to inspire women of color in tech and design.• Worked closely with marketing and business stakeholders to lead brand partnerships and creative campaigns that drove over $40M in direct sales revenue.• Create executions included traditional and new digital ad units, custom content creation, GIF keyboard integration, paid social and display channels, in app notifications, user-generated content, and large scale community events.
