Working with Disadvantaged Youth through a Restorative Justice Program geared toward setting Teens up for academic and professional success!

- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and deliver enriching educational experiences geared for elementary age children, including teaching life skills.- Creating fun indoor and outdoor activities and projects for the children.- Providing safe and efficient child care services for up to 50 children from 5 to 12 years of age.

- Collaborated with colleagues to oversee the process of turning a bill into a law, including processing the bills through committees all the way to enacting it into an Oregon statute.- Identified inefficiencies in the current law-making process and offered improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.- Handled sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality aiding to the crucial nature of the work done in government offices.

- Analyzed Data and presented findings to make proposals to legislation during the 2023 Legislative session.- Researched historical policies and judicial rulings to aid office staff and our senator in deciding whether to put forth new legislation to the Senate of Oregon.- Corresponded with the offices of other senators to set up meetings and create legislation together.

- Developed policy surrounding DEI and belonging within the realm of athletics with the plan to enact the policy throughout the entire athletic department.- Facilitated groups in working through DEI courses and practices with the goal of enacting this work for all student-athletes at Willamette.
