I am currently working on a Bachelors Degree in Business Management at Pennsylvania College of Technology. During my ongoing education at Penn College I have had experience learning how to deal with the ever-changing environments within a business setting. On top of this, I have also learned key concepts behind running a successful business. These key concepts consist of the foundations of decision making, organizational structure and design, foundations of planning, managing human resources, and much more.On top of my education I am also a customer service representative at Weis Markets. This customer-based experience has taught me how to deal with all types of clientele. Dealing with customers on a regular basis has improved my communication and interpersonal skills. I would love to find a managerial position in a retail area that deals with all kinds of clientele. This past experience of working with the public would allow me to connect not only with the employees, but with the customers that keep a business running.

  In an average day I assist cashiers and customers with issues that arise. For customers this could be returning an item, refunding items that were overpriced, and communicating any positive and negative feedback to the store manager. I also oversee multiple cashiers at Weis Markets to make sure that the cashiers are following all standard protocol for their job. Along with engaging with employees and customers, I am also responsible for handling most of the money our cashiers intake on a day to day basis. The money gets counted, and organized to be taken from the store.
