I am currently the Director of Athletics Enterprise Branding & Digital Strategy with the Dayton Flyers. My main responsibilities consist of leading the development and integration of athletic programs' presence on the web and digital space. I lead the management and direction of the primary social media channels for Dayton Athletics, including Dayton Flyers and Dayton Men's Basketball. I also assist with strategy, execution, and analytics for all other Flyer Athletics social media properties and the Flyers Gameday App. In addition, I deal with the day-to-day management of the Dayton Flyers brand and licensing programs. My role also provides leadership and oversight for the creative team. My main goal is simple; to do whatever I can to help tell the story of the Dayton Flyers. Before this, I was the Marketing and Digital Strategy Coordinator. In that role, I was responsible for all aspects of the Marketing and Game Day Experience for Volleyball and Men's Basketball for the Flyers. I also assisted with the game day experience for Women's Basketball, Men's Soccer, and Football. I was also responsible for the Future Flyers Kids Club, the Rudy Program (our mascot), and our Marketing Internship program.Before my time with Dayton Athletics, I was a Marketing & Game Day Experience Assistant at the University of Washington.
