I serve as a subject matter expert across various disciplines to aid as support for field personnel on a 24/7 basis. I also work to create and update procedures for new and existing protective relaying schemes throughout the transmission grid. I participate in event analysis to ensure that our relaying schemes operate as designed for grid stability and proper data reporting purposes.Additionally, I lead, conduct, and coordinate extensive employee development training and progression programs for numerous company personnel annually to ensure our field personnel's skillsets are up to date with all previous, current, and future relaying schemes.

I supervise various members of our crew to facilitate training and implement safe work practices while performing routine maintenance as well as reactive work, and also protection system upgrades. I am currently responsible for the daily oversight of more than 50 substations for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Managed and completed numerous projects from installing new distribution stations to installing new, large switchyards as part of the "CREZ" initiative for bringing windmill power across the state. Amongst all of my completed work, my most significant projects that I have been solely responsible for are:-New 138kv/25kv distribution station additions with latest Suburban IV relaying technology -69/138/345kV CB change outs with accompanying relay upgrades-20+ Low Voltage(25kV or lower) CB change outs and relay upgrades/setting changes-Numerous Transformer Differential retrofit upgrades for 40+ year old equipment-Managing Automated Metering System additions in 2010-Numerous maintenance procedures per NERC compliance requirements-Assisted outer lying districts with 138/345kV switch yard upgrades, distribution station installations/upgrades-Managed new 345kV Switch Yard Installations-Managed new 138kV Switch Yard Installations-Assisted in new 345kV Capacitor Bank Installations-Participated in a company backed group(TWIWG) to help improve workforce standards and implement annual company wide training
