Played an integral role as a trainer for the U.S. Army's Deployed Digital Training Campus. Throughout this effort I contributed by co-developing all training materials and conducting three-day training courses up to three times a month at domestic U.S. Army installations as a solo instructor. Completed a contract for the U.S. Coast Guard which converted 30-hours of Instructor-Led Training required to become a Coxswain aboard the Response-Boat Small to 14-hours of Level III interactive Computer-based Training. By formulating a strong rapport with the client early in the project, I was able to implement a creative approach that allowed the team to go beyond the original scope of client expectations while staying within budget and on-schedule. In doing so, we built a strong relationship with USCG which is being leveraged into larger opportunities for the future. Completed a contract for USSOCOM to build a Computer-based Training within the Rapid Online Content Creation Environment (ROCCE) Tool that deals with CounterIntelligence Awareness. Throughout the duration of this project, I co-developed storyboards of interactive level II learning games within the confines of what their Learning Management System could handle, uploaded and performed maintenance to their LMS as well as performed quality tests upon final completion.
Designed over 100 training simulations within Adobe Captivate that captured the duties of the essential staff and kept them up to date on the modernization of corporate systems as well as bringing any and all new hires up to speed on how to perform their duties while minimizing the effort of Instructor-led training. Assisted in the training of fellow Instructional Designers within the company on programs such as Adobe Captivate.
