Continue to support First State employees (now over 500) as before, but added responsibilities of managing the Help desk programs and tools needed for other help desk employees to do their job. Those responsibility include, but not limited to; managing our help desk ticketing system, cleaning up and expanding our tools folder (folder containing programs to help troubleshoot problems across the wan), Managing and simplifying our install suites, and implementing any suggested improvements of our help desk staff. I have overseen our 3rd email migration, where we consolidated all of our users to exchange as well as managed our final XP conversions to Window 7. I still currently do all of our purchasing and deal with multiple vendors, and have taken over as the point person for our copier / printer vendor for the whole corporation. I am also the elected chairman of an internal committee that was tasked with improving First State Employee interactions in the local community. Coming off our first year, our committee has increased participation in selected events by 200% in most cases, we are now taking this momentum into our second year of service as well as have set the standard for other markets that First State serves.

I currently work for First State Bank as a Computer / Network Support Specialist supporting almost 500 employess in 7 different divisions of the company. I provide helpdesk support, account and software management. Buildout client side pc's and deployment. Create and manage network shares, manage our email user accounts and distribuition lists. I currently manage our print fleet's scan folders and setup of our machines and curently oversaw a deployement of a print management system with our largest printer / copier vendor. For the last 3 years I have taken over the ordering and purcasing of our client side machines, peripherals, and Software for our West Tennessee Markets. I deployed 2 and managed 1 of our 2 email migrations we've been through. I have recently taken over our inventory software and manage the contents within.

Wood Communications provies 2 way radio systems for North West Tennessee. I worked as a radio tech and programmer for thsi company, taking lead programmer and tech from 2005 on. I worked with several different vendors, taking care of major companies and local law enforcement radio needs and repairing their damaged devices. I am well versed in all comercial radio bands from low, to VHF, UHF and 800 Mhz both conventional and trunking systems.
