I partner with National Park Service staff to implement projects funded by donors. Every year, the Yosemite Conservancy awards grant funding for approximately 40 special NPS projects. For projects requiring contracted work and services I manage all aspects of the RFP / RFI process. I built a project history database in MS Access to increase our understanding of long term trends, and support strategic funding decisions that align with evolving NPS and Conservancy priorities.I also support donor and board relations with presentations and tours of Yosemite projects.
