• Replaced a commercial CRM for a safety training provider with a custom developed solution better suited to their business. Developed a custom class registration portal that directly integrated with their custom CRM to replace an non-custom SAAS offering. Revenue from class registrations increased by over 50% month-to-month after launch of the new portal, and had increased almost 100% year-over-year 8 months later. • Developed custom solutions for manufacturing companies to replace or augment their current ERP systems. Examples include:- Custom quote implementations to automatically calculate costs for labor and materials, replacing work done by hand or in spreadsheets.- Scheduling and Job tracking of operations.- Developing integrations to input and process orders from 3rd party systems directly into the client's ERP.

• Lead development for the Station Automated Financial Environment (SAFE), a new financial reporting database supporting the International Space Station program. The SAFE application replaced a labor intensive manual process of consolidating inputs from multiple data sources.• The SAFE application provides high level summaries of many types of data that is refreshed as soon as it is available. • Financial analysts are able to view their organization's data, identify issues, and provide forecasts and variance explanations.• A consolidated report is generated for presentation to management at the end of every month.• The SAFE application was developed with ASP.NET MVC utilizing Dapper for complex SQL queries, D3.js for reports, Mediatr for sending commands and notifications, and Hangfire for background job processing.

• Replaced a Commercial Off-The-Shelf Quality Management system with a bespoke ASP.NET MVC application, providing a better user experience while saving the agency licensing and maintenance costs.• Created a web front end for monitoring environmental sensors for LEED certified buildings using ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and D3.js based visualizations.• Created a custom front page for the JSC Internal Homepage using the SharePoint client object model to connect to a SharePoint back-end.• Introduced a continuous integration server to our team's development process.
