Senior It Project Manager - Enterprise Pmo
CurrentManaging enterprise security enhancement projects primarily focusing on cybersecurity, threat defense, equipment upgrades, and vendor management. Other enterprise projects encompass learning management system upgrades, the establishment of standardized hotel room experiences, corporate expense card upgrades, artificial intelligence (AI) rollout, facilities software upgrades, Everi kiosk implementation, and comprehensive enhancements in wireless coverage and connectivity. Each project is critical in driving the organization's strategic objectives and warrants a dedicated approach to management and execution.Aligning project strategy with agile execution within the Enterprise PMO. Overseeing coordination across teams, resources, regulatory compliance, incorporating Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) flexibility, continuous improvement, and rapid delivery. Combining SAFe with traditional PMO functions allows efficient cross-team collaboration, faster delivery of physical and digital projects, responsiveness to market changes, and adhering to Governance and operational controls.Identifying, logging, and addressing Risks, Issues, Decisions, & Action Items (RIDA) before and during a project kick off, understanding who owns which part of the project and how we can stay ahead of any risks to ensure timely project success. Communications and meetings with stakeholders and leadership is how to keep resources accountable and plan to mitigate any potential risks ahead of time.
