I have been working in the Salesforce environment since 2010 when I designed and implemented a new donor database using Salesforce at Legacy Land Trust. Since then I have worked to reconfigure Salesforce at LightHawk into a true organization wide system, including training fundraising users on best practices for pro-active fundraising using Salesforce. I have worked with other non-profits to reconfigure their existing Salesforce instances and adapt them to new business processes, including building Drupal to Salesforce integrations. I have also worked with other organizations to evaluate donor database options that are right for them and help them to implement those systems.

As Chief Program Officer, I am responsible for all aspects of LightHawk's conservation and aviation programs. In my tenure at LightHawk, I lead the creation and implementation of a new business model that focuses LightHawk's work on large-scale conservation projects with real tangible results.As Chief Information Officer, I lead and manage all of LightHawk's technology resources, including the organization's Salesforce instance. have led the organization to adopt Salesforce as a platform for almost all aspect of our work.
