Responsible for engineering aspects of projects with a focus on Sustainable Site Development, Earthwork, Foundation Engineering & Site Structureso Assisting Clients & Design Team at the development/project planning & design stage with respect to the methods, processes and logistics of construction stages with a focus on demolition, site preparation, earthworks, utility systems, drainage and site finishes, in particular.o Design, Preparation & Submission Site Plans as part of development submission for permit to Cities, Towns & Public agencies throughout the greater Boston area. o Construction Layout utilizing Total Station & AutoCAD software to accurately and efficiently locate excavation extents, foundations & structural elements, drainage & utility services as well as site layout & improvement features. o Oversee the correct & accurate implementation of engineered site features such as, Erosion Control Measures, Earthworks, Drainage Systems (Sustainable Site Drainage, Grading, Groundwater Recharge and other BMP’s as laid out by the DEP), Sewerage Systems (Indoor Parking Drainage & Oil/Water Separators, Sanitary Waste structures & Connections), Modular Retaining Walls and Site Improvements & Finishes (Site access, Parking, Landscaping & Land Management).
