Managed and executed the vision and growth plan for the app, Deseret Bookshelf. Grew the user base 535% to a current level of 800,000 over five years. Quadrupled revenue in the same time period. Developed the complete UX for two overhauls of the app as it grew from a simple eReader into an audiobook player and now into a full service subscription service. Successfully planned, designed and launched a new digital subscription service with over 10,000 active subscribers after two months. Responsible for all digital sales on DeseretBook.com including developing annual marketing plans and goals and executing on those plans. This includes designing and executing targeting email sends using both Adobe Campaign, BRonto Exact Target, and Lyris to over 500,000 users at least twice a week. Using A/B testing formulated plans and executed new designs to improve email click-through and conversion rates and evolve both the design and strategy. In charge of a complete mobile-first redesign of the entire DeseretBook.com website carefully tracking any changes in customer response and success. Planned and designed all new welcome journeys for both digital and physical good customers. Successfully ran a $600,000 campaign in advanced targeting social advertisings including Facebook advertising, Google Adwords, Yahoo, and Bing. Managed and deployed several expansive marketing plans covering not only digital advertising, but traditional as well (tv, radio, billboard, transit, catalog, and more).
