Protingent recruiting for a smaller niche firm specializing in a mix of permanent and contract openings for engineering positions - hardware, software, UI, Mobile Apps, mechanical, and manufacturing.In my current position with the Major Accounts Team in Protingent India LLP, I support national customers such as Blue Origin, TerraPower, Rhombus, Microsoft, and T-Mobile with positions across the US. In this Division, we hire all verticals- Finance, Sales, Medical Device Product Marketing, and Management along with our core engineering focus. Skills: .Net /C/C++, UI/UX, Embedded, Firmware, Java, Android, Network Engineers, Software/Hardware Test, ASIC/FPGA, PCB Design.My technical pipeline is engineering support for all phases of the Hardware or Software product development process. - Managing a process end to end of 4 Team Leaders, 15-20 teams, and with a headcount of 80 people, Monitor, coach, and motivate span to support a high-volume, fast-paced environment. - Analyse data and develops business insights for top-level management. Innovate and implement processes that will generate higher productivity and revenues.- Monitor trends and recommend improvements where necessary. - Assists human resources by interviewing prospective candidates and processing voluntary and involuntary terminations. - Encourages continuous improvement; involves others in planned process improvement efforts and measures; encourages/coaches individuals to follow a systematic improvement process. - Observe training needs and facilitate training plans to improve process standards.- Ensures team performance, quality, productivity and attendance standards are met; posts statistics as appropriate. *Coaching and Monitoring on transactions that failed to follow the SOP. *Auditing Transections email/voice transactions between the end client/customer and in-house associates.*Preparing audit sheet and excel formats to show data in graphs, pivot, charts, etc. *Using MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) on daily basis for auditing/presentations purposes.*Scheduling and attending calibration calls.

*Handling client/customer queries on email and responding within AHT.*Making offshore calls to resolve/guide specific issues related to products or services. *Providing customer service by helping clients/customers by responding to emails or calls within ETA.
