• Preparing Appointment, Relieving, Appraisal and PIP letters.* Taking care of Leave management for salary computation.* Involved in the Attendance management.*Managing in-house recruitments.• Creatively source high-caliber candidates by leveraging job portal. ( Naukri)• Handling the Consultants/ Companies associated with the organization for expanding the headcount.• Involved in initial round of screening of candidature before sharing it to the technical team.• Taking care of the joining formalities of the new joiners.• Briefing new joiners over the HR policies and involved in Induction.• Involved in employees grievances & redressal.• Assist in implementing the employee engagement activities.• Sharing birthday and anniversary mailers to the employees.• Administrating day to day operations.• Involved in salary processing.
