Monile Construction offers high sanitation and contained construction/maintenance services throughout Southwest and Central Virginia. Primarily we partner with healthcare facilities. As such it is my task as project manager to ensure proper policies and procedures are followed. Coordinate with site managers, employees and sub-contractors to guarantee a safe and high quality outcome to projects. Keep track of employee hours, material expenditures, and the progress of various projects. Train new employees on proper HIPA, ICRA, and ILSM procedures for healthcare construction.
