Provided advisory and project execution services to NGOs, small businesses and academic institutions on social impact practices and project development to optimize their resources and channel them strategically to meet their goals of contributing to positive social change.

Coordination of program development, partner outreach, fundraising and internal program budget. From 2016 onwards, I also led the expansion of the Latin American Program in Colombia, cultivating close institutional partnerships with various state institutions, CSOs and academic institutions. I also coordinated training seminars and meetings in connection with the Latin American Network for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention. Finally, I supported the growth of national initiatives for atrocity crimes prevention throughout Latin America from AIPR's work point in Bogotá, Colombia.

Performed various tasks central to the development of regional and national events in 18 Latin American countries throughout 2013 and 2014. Additionally, I acted as liaison between the UN Office of the Special Adviser on the Prevention of Genocide (OSAPG) and the Latin American Network for Genocide and Mass Atrocity Prevention. I provided support in fundraising efforts for AIPR's Latin American Program through grant-writing and working with potential donors. Finally, I perfected my translation skills and gained experience in web-editing and managing social media platforms.

As part of a 6 person team, I conducted research for the elaboration of an international cooperation strategy proposal for the Colombian Agency for Reincorporation and Normalization (ARN) for the reincorporation process of former FARC-EP members. We developed an evaluation mechanism for the identification of good practices regarding previous Reintegration and Reinsertion processes in Colombia, provided new DDR case studies from other countries, and proposed an International Cooperation strategy for the process of Reincorporation of ex-combatants into civilian and political life. This strategy was, ultimately, approved and implemented by the institution.

• Designed, Revised and conducted surveys on sustainable development products with community members in rural areas of the Amazon, the Andes, and the Southern Ecuadorian coast.• Proposed a strategic project to provide eco-friendly, energy-saving stoves to people in some of the most rural areas of the Amazonian region of Ecuador.• Gave skill-building lectures to Ecuadorian entrepreneurs and small businesses.• Supported entrepreneurs using the Micro-Consignment economic model to create access to useful products for small rural communities.
