Responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide variety of metrology, taping, dicing, backgrinding, and polishing tools.Job role includes:− Utilising both electrical and mechanical fault finding to resolve tool breakdowns.− Planning and conducting PPM around a busy production schedule.− Writing procedures for PPM.− Part of the site emergency response team responsible for attending to chemical or gas leaks.− Assisted in multiple 6s projects.− Worked both collaboratively and independently to resolve faults in a timely manner in order to get a tool back to production.

Responsible for Electrical & Mechanical equipment which utilise liquid nitrogen cooled Systems which are constantly monitored by the on-site Crowcon system.Job Role Includes:− Planned preventative maintenances.− Attending to equipment faults.− Calibration of electrical and mechanical toolsets.− Electrostatic discharge protected area testing.− Creating risk assessments.− Pre and post calibration safety checks.− Routine testing of sitewide oxygen monitoring systems.− 24/7 call out for production system breakdowns and site wide oxygen monitoring.− System upgrades.− Analysis of data using a variety of tools.
