In a small and focused team of IT professionals, the Systems Administrator position goes hand-in-hand with expansive knowledge of the JAMF Software Suite and deployment/management of company owned Apple hardware in a mobile backup environment. Responsibilities include:Management and deployment of entire end-user hardware infrastructure on 3 campuses (250+ clients)Upkeep/updates and repair of all end-user hardware and software for all managed clientsScheduling of interpersonal technology training sessionsBash script composing for policy implementation using JAMF managementMain contact agent for campus help ticketing system individually fielding and closing over 2000 tickets per year
