Duties:- Hiring/firing- Scheduling - Supporting, & mentoring staff- Conducting 90-day, 6-month, and annual reviews- Creating an inventory reconciliation schedule in compliance with DCC regulations and ensuring reconciliations are completed- Creating and providing staff with intake paperwork, mitigating any issues that arise during intakes, ensuring product compliance- Auditing employee adjustments to inventory- Overseeing all product transfers and receivals- Solely responsible for product destruction pursuant to DCC regulations - Coordinating scheduled release of new products- Ensuring product samples are fairly distributed amongst the organization- Assisting accounting in investigating intake paperwork discrepancies and inventory audits- Coordinating purchasing of all non-cannabis goods and genetics for the company- Conducting and attending meetings- Developing & maintaining SOPs

In the corps we maintain trails for the State Parks, work with Cal-Trans on the highway, and we work for counties and cities to maintain their wildlife habitats, trails, and parks. Sometimes, to reduce travel time, we go camp out near the jobsite, also known as "spike". Also, in the event of an environmental emergency, (e.g. a flood, fire, or oil spill), we respond quickly and without fail.

While working at the Rancho Del Mar Cafe, I had several responsibilities. I was primarily a prep cook, but I also washed dishes, bused tables, cleaned the floors and kitchen, and assisted the chef when the Cafe was busy.

As a personal assistant I did many random things, but primarily I filed a lot of paperwork, ran errands, assisted in some designs, and was on call when needed.

Whitings foods runs most of the concession stands on the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. Whitings' employees work at random locations around the boardwalk, e.g. Pizza Hut, Dippin' Dots, Burgers, Señor Teds, Funnel Cake, Deep Fried Twinkies, Kettle Corn, Super Sundae, Snack King, and Fish & Fry. The variety of work environments combined gave me a valuable amount of work experience.
