- Gathered data regarding apartments in certain living areas within Columbus. - Compiled all of the data found on apartments similar to that of the apartments owned by DeVere LLC, including price and square footage. - Generated the price of rent based off of data gathered for the new apartments DeVere LLC was going to open later that year. - Suggested fixtures for the new apartments and handled the purchasing of all of the fixtures, totaling roughly $50,000. - Attended many meetings with architects, planners, and city council members regarding company projects, and from this learned how to run an efficient meeting.

- Worked within a cross-cultural team of Spanish and American students, in which we created a detailed report regarding the transportation of chemicals in the Catalonia region of Spain. - Cold called many chemical manufacturers in the region in order to gather information regarding the available quantities and shipment sizes of the chemicals they produced.- Compiled data from chemical manufacturers, along with other research, in order to create a decision matrix to present to our client.- Adapted to language and cultural barriers with international students to effectively and efficiently create a report for our client.
