-Built a data pipeline to programmatically answer hundreds of thousands of questions about movie characters and movie franchises on all Alexa products (ex. “Alexa, who played James Bond?)-Helped design the process, and style, in which Alexa answers questions about the Emmy Award Ceremony.

Graphiq was acquired by Amazon in May 2017.-Created a data pipeline using ETL language Pentaho and JavaScript that programmatically ingests IMDb data and aggregates the data into movie franchises.-Used semantic technology (developed by Graphiq) to enable hundreds of thousands of answers for queries about movie franchises.-Built and managed a Knowledge Product that compiles, cleans, and visualizes every Grammy nomination and winner for the history of the ceremony.

-Converted a conversation about customers’ frustrations into a self-led project to design a website page to better guide new Customers in setting up their IT environment before using MuleSoft.-Developed an online Customer Experience Survey that is now given to over 500 Customers.-Changed the way the Sales Team gets information about reference-able customers by gathering data from every Customer Success Manager in the San Francisco office and transforming this information into a clean and dynamic document.

-Researched and analyzed the top 100 American grocers and convenience store chains as prospective clients for senior management-Created a report outlining the consumer packaged goods industry and presented a proposal to the CEO suggesting manufacturers to target-Developed presentations and visuals that were utilized in venture capital meetings-Conducted SQL searches on billions of data points for a top global airline to arrive at insights on their customer satisfaction levels that was later presented to executives at the company

-Developed and taught English lessons to over 45 children living in Palestine in four different classes-Collaborated with translators two hours a day in order to effectively conduct each class-Attended four weekly seminars and meetings on effective teaching strategies
