Product Support Specialist
CurrentBuild and maintain an extensive catalog of digital products across PESI’s brands, as well as configure live in-person and live virtual events. The work environment requires a detail-oriented, team driven attitude, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure products go to market effectively.• Facilitate set up of events and physical/digital products within PESI’s platforms, including but not limited to adding new products and events, updating product content, and continually exploring entrepreneurial ways to maximize content and sales• Collaborate with multiple domestic and international departments to ensure accurate and timely information transfer and product configuration• Practice effective time management of workload to ensure deadlines are met• Contribute innovative ideas to the delivery and configuration methods for various events and products• Provide support and product knowledge• Maintain and continuously improve work process flows• Recommend products for inclusion in various sales vehicles that reflect customer demands• Assist in other product management efforts as directed• HTML experience
