I work with residential and small business clients over the phone and in person to resolve computer and network issues. The main scope of my work pertains to the removal of virus and malware infections. I also perform hardware maintenance and upgrades on PCs, laptops, printers, and other home and small office equipment. As the owner of this company I am required to properly manage my limited time and resources to accomplish these tasks.

I am in charge of overseeing the day today operation of the IT department. I troubleshoot client problems over the phone and resolve issues with software within our banking system. I maintain all of the printers, scanners, and PCs within all bank branches. I am currently leading the changeover to virtualization (using VMWare) of user desktops. Part of my job includes communicating with outside vendors and service providers to isolate technical issues and get them resolved ASAP. I am the internal control point for resetting passwords for multiple pieces of software within our system. I have regular contact with external bank-related tech-specific banking services for continued maintenance of our systems.
