The Release and Preservation Management is responsible for the version control and release of EA’s Intellectual Property. The department operates with a strong customer service and support ethos but within very strict IP security policies. My primary responsibilities are to provide the operational metrics and analyse the performance against the KPIs and.

The EA Mastering Labs are Content management and distribution departments with a strict intellectual property security ethos. My Labs distribute the IP for all internal European territories as well as a large portfolio of Journalists and other external partners. My role as European Manager is to ensure that my labs (including EAs most business critical).

As supervisor of the UK mastering lab I was responsible for the day-to-day running of the lab.I ensured that all our customers’ needs were met quickly and efficiently but at the same time ensuring that every unit that left my Lab followed all of EA security protocols.
