-Developed excel dashboards for executive teams to trace director goals and outcomes for determining performance based pay, bonuses, and track key variances on a monthly basis-Utilized time observations and DOWNTIME waste to determine appropriate room clean times and track key touch-points for EVS that ultimately reduced the amount of infectious diseases spread from patient to patient by 6% in just one month-Identified over $500,000 of transcriptional services that were billed to improper POs and internal cost centers and created a new checking process to eliminate future errors and misleading variances

This is more than just any typical soccer camp, and I was honored to be able to help coach, attend to, watch, and improve the soccer experience and skills of young kids through the Butler Bulldog Soccer Camp. This is a camp that I attended as a kid and it has been an incredible experience to give back to this community and provide the new youth with a quality curriculum focused on skill development, sportsmanship, and the enjoyment of living an active lifestyle.-Helped prepare, coach, and clean up the camp field-Connected with kids on a personal level, knowing exactly what it was like to be in their shoes-Provided kids with a fun and entertaining soccer experience

As a lifeguard, I acquired the ability to help maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the Stonegate neighborhood pool facility and acted immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of any patrons within the facility in the event of an emergency.-Helped prepare, clean, and maintain a safe pool environment so patrons can relax and have a worry free stay-Maintained a constant look out for patrons in the pool and around the facility to ensure everyone is safe-Effectively communicated the safety standards of the pool to all patrons who enter the facility to avoid and limit the level of risk
