Worked on the Electronic Channels Applications group to help develop an internal website, to regulate to delivery of prospectuses, built with a JSP front-end connected to a Java/Spring MVC back-end. Assisted adding a remote check deposit feature to a mobile app for Android and iPhone. Also debugged and resolved production issues for a small Java batch program running on a Linux server.

Worked in the Service Routing Technology Group to create a test bed for an upcoming next generation router and submitted my code to a main branch of their repository. Worked with C in a low level Linux (mostly command line) environment. Created documentation and gave a presentation on my work.

Educate new students on the technological workings of NC State University and the College of Engineering. Teach 2 lab sections of E115, grade assignments, hold weekly office hours, attend weekly staff meetings.

Trained new RAs on all aspects and procedures, led weekly meetings with staff, Co-chair of West Campus Diversity Committee. Responsible for managing days off, and creating a schedule for the staff. Held weekly office hours.
