In pure technical roles, I have designed and delivered many solutions throughout my career. Some highlights are items such as a speech-enabled container tracking application, Reverse engineering an undocumented legacy system to provide routing intelligence to a new Cisco solution, designed and delivered a global solution for A US-based IFI and worked with a single organisation through multiple large-scale Implementations and upgrades for over a dozen years.In addition to pure technical roles, I perform business requirements gathering, project delivery management (PRINCE2) and vendor management during a project cycle.My contact centre technical background evolved from Cisco based technologies to encompass CCaaS products such as Five9, Zoom and Amazon.Started and ran a successful company for 16 years providing contact centre and associated services to service providers and partners
