I initially started as a warehouse operative, but quickly improved my relationships with coordinators and managers, and took a keen interest in progressing.Soon i was shown how to use the computer systems, from managing work stations, monitoring pick rates and using Slack system.Shortly after, i was able to manage a team of up to 60 people on my own, and managing to work towards, and achieve KPI targets.
