Small Business - Service Support Lead
CurrentProvides detailed service and support to team members nationally whenever requested via Jira, in-person, email, or on phone. Assist team lead in delegating and supporting the Service team to ensure smooth day to day.Address and support escalations varying in sensitivity and severity while managing reasonable expectations and results. Training and developing others on the team to foster knowledge sharing, positivity and growth.Ability to multitask between assisting team members and balancing my portfolio of small business and corporate clients. Drives conversations with other departments surrounding various projects and rep inquiries. Manages scheduling gaps for service support nationally. Organizes and delegates team members inboxes. Responsible for assisting staffing, hiring, training and onboarding. Responsible for creating SOP’s and implementing new processes and software integration for team members.
