Digital Marketing Specialist
Current• Create industry-specific content for email campaigns and administer through HubSpot to drive demand/lead generation • Set up and manage targeted email lists in HubSpot or pull lists from Salesforce to ensure emails are delivered to the appropriate audience• Write industry-specific content and organize and schedule posts through social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter))• Meet with key stakeholders to develop industry-specific content for webinars hosted through company and advertising partners• Collaborate with respective Sales Representatives to develop and align promotional email content for attendance at industry tradeshows and regional admin training workshops• Collaborate with product marketing team members to ensure content for emails, web pages, and webinar promotional materials is accurate and consistent with product and brand messaging• Design and/or update pre-existing HTML email templates in Adobe Dreamweaver for email distribution• Create and design images in Adobe Photoshop to be utilized in emails, landing pages, and social posts• Create and manage forms, and landing pages in HubSpot• Organize content and set up tracks and Explore pages in Pathfactory to support Sales initiatives• Set up and manage live and recorded webinars through GoToWebinar. Edit webinar recording videos in Adobe Premiere Pro, embed in landing pages, and make available to download• Create campaign briefs for email, advertising, tradeshow, and webinar campaigns to provide and collaborate with Sales Development team. Meet weekly with team to review campaign briefs, answer questions, and provide support and resources to help set team members up for success • Set up, run, and manage lead nurture drip campaigns in HubSpot• Smoothly transitioned content, lists, drip campaigns, emails from Act-On to HubSpot• Created content for and administered email campaigns through Act-On Marketing Automation prior to transition to HubSpot Marketing Automation
