Infrastructure reenggineering

 Responsible to co-ordinate, monitor and control all engineering and project management related activities during the planning phase Support project manager with regards to engineering issues during project execution  Develop high quality engineering deliverables and services by implementing safety, Quality & business control guidelines  Overall responsible for projects schedule, cost and functionality within the engineering team. Act as interface between projects engineering disciplines & Operations excellence team for planning & execution of efficiency improvement projects at manufacturing sites in India.

>Responsible for all technical input from the Business Unit into the project, including plant operation aspects, raw material questions, plant personnel, training, operations manual, product quality control, logistics, maintenance.>Translate the formulation technology and packaging requirements into plant engineering concepts>Transfer and adaptation of new technologies developed from Global R&D into the plant / new projects> Mentor & coach formulations & packaging tolling sites in ASEAN for effective implementation of "Responsible care" codes expectations

>Lead Regional formulations packaging Strategic steering team for India region>Drive various reliability improvement projects under HRO initiative. >People leader responsible for achieving business targets >Focal point for process safety, Asset reliability, plant improvements
