Upgraded to Cloud with support for Chat , SMS etc for the future . Spearheaded project to completion successfully which now is the backbone of customer support . Used Terraform to dynamically provision AWS DMS for supporting migration to aws cloud from onprem reducing the time taken to manually configure migration service by 100% using industry standards and recommendations.Supports the whole lifecycle from creation , monitor to deletion of an DMS.Working on a test data management tool which will support and help associates create their own customers from test to delete.

Upgraded Old Backend Services to use better scalable infrastructure . Removed Apache Server which was serving as a bottle neck for increasing traffic and replaced with NGINX .
