With a detailed end-to-end offer that disrupts the typical retail model, The Hood creates exceptional short-term returns and long-term value. The challenge was how to package the offer into work streams that would run in parallel with the development timelines of a larger project.WAVEHOUSE (www.wavehouse.com):As the operational entity of firstly Flowriders & Flowbarrels, and more recently SurfPools, Wave House is the only company to have successfully vertically integrated manmade surf technology into an operational package. Working with Wave House in Europe I oversaw the contracting process and start-up of Wave House Mallorca, handing over to the local team.

Velovite is on a mission to get more people to experience the joy and freedom of electric bikes. By partnering with great bike brands, enabling a seamless online reservation system and offering delivery to customers, Velovite makes the whole process of renting an electric bike fast and simple. From a prototyping exercise in 2020, the first year of operations in 2021 delivered x5 revenue growth and 2022 has forecast x4 revenue growth year on year.I have been responsible for every stage of the business from conception - including: selecting and negotiating with suppliers, developing the website, integrating and programming the reservations system, raising finance, delivering the marketing, providing customer services, delivering and repairing bikes. This company provides a platform for entry into the transformational industry of electrified transportation.

FlowRider Limited is the operating company for Europe's first Flowrider Mobile. This is a transportable version of the FlowRider single Wave-in-a-Box. This beast of an attraction is available for branding, experiential, events, garden parties and sites who want to offer something spectacular to their visitors.The Flowrider Mobile has now been sold. The total return on investment to our investors for this project was over 75% in a 2 year period.My responsibilities included marketing, sales, contracting, administration, accounts and co-ordination of events.

I set up this beach bar business from scratch in 2005 with two partners. It entailed setting up a company, purchasing land in Croatia by the sea, building a bar, and running the business for two seasons. We exited the business, selling the land and operational structures.
