After starting at NexusTek Fall 2018 with 100 employees we now have a nationwide presence, 300 employees, and an optimistic future in the MSP space. -Successfully source multiple titles such as: Tech Sales | Account Managers | Sr System Engineers | Network Engineers | Sales Operations | vCIO | Client Care | Service Desk | Field Engineers | Project Managers | Project Coordinators | Service Delivery | Marketing -Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, and Zip Recruiter. -Strategize employer branding and company advocate-Maintain pipeline of potential candidates -Daily in depth use of the ADP Recruitment module -Consult with hiring manager on expectations during Intake calls and maintain communication. -Full-Cycle Recruitment -Conduct phone screens-Schedule interviews and request timely feedback-Analyze Culture Index Assessments -Assist with onboarding such as I-9 completion and paperwork-Update job postings and descriptions-Manage 2 to 20 requisitions We are hiring innovative team members looking to build their IT portfolio as well as contribute to our vision of delivering the best of the best in customer service.
