(Head Office) Job responsibilities (Sept 2008 till date): Working as a core team member of T24 implementation team (Up till now our 91 branches have gone live)  Performing hands on training to branches Working as a liaison b/w IT and operations to support Branches which have gone live with T24. Formulating and Finalizing the strategy for implementation Of new banking software for branches Involved in the Testing of co-existence system for deployment in branches. Involved in making User Manuals of T24 for the Bank Involved in the process of User Acceptance testing of Core-retail Involved in the project of Unit testing of Core-retail Banking software of T24 (Temenos) Working on the project I have become familiar with Banking software of T24 which covers the area of Core- Retail.  Helping to develop the Islamic Term Deposit system In coordination with NDC (National Consultant Data) team The local partners of Temenos.  Involved in the GAP analysis of the new software  Worked as liaison between branches and Operations Head Office.  Involved in conducting Trainings for new staff members.
