  Worked on Capitol Hill for Georgia Congressman. Assisted with a wide variety of administrative tasks, including writing correspondence, answering phone calls, planning events, guiding guests, and conducting Capitol tours.• Researched target market constituent issues and presented reports of findings to Congressman.• Acted as primary contact for constituents calling in, fielding 30-60 calls a day sharing correct brand messaging for the congressman, educating voters, and listening to concerns.• Shadowed Communications Director writing copy for constituent newsletters and social media.• Gained knowledge of current legislative issues through attending meetings, hearings, and briefings.
