1.Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Financial position, and Statement of Cash Flow, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.2.Financial Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements in the different jurisdictions OADC & WIOCC Group operates in by updating changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific guidelines.3.External audits Management: Responsible for coordination of the statutory audit process and cooperation with all internal departments in order to comply with all auditor’s requests and meet the agreed deadlines.4.Treasury Management: Provide support to treasury department with financial business analysis, analysing the movement in foreign exchange rates and advising when best to transact and negotiating with the banks for favourable exchange rates.5.Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in developing and analysing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the OADC Group by assessing revenue projections, cost management, and identifying areas for improvement.6.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Additionally, work with external stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.7.Team Leadership: Manage accounting team, responsible for their performance management, training, and development. 8.Contracts review- Responsible for reviewing contracts entered by the Group to pick out any issues that would have an accounting impact; and address them at earlier stages of the contracting process.9.Tax reporting - Work with tax advisors in tax audits and during external audits; Ensure accuracy of all tax accounts; Current Tax Payable, Deferred Tax Asset, Deferred Tax Liability and Tax Expense for the Group.

 Preparation of monthly management accounts and year- end financial statements. Manage administration, personnel issues and payroll preparation. Budget and cash flow preparation, control and financial forecasting. Treasury control and safeguarding of company assets. Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely annual audit of the company financial statements. Liaise with head office functions in Nairobi and company Directors. Manage risk by ensuring the company has proper insurance covers. Manage all office related purchases. Ensuring internal controls relevant proper implementation of the same. Support in customs functions. Negotiation of contracts with service providers for best quality service at reasonable prices. Tax planning and compliance with all tax regulations, and ensure all taxes and other statutory deductions are paid timely. Revenue control and management. Managing company bank accounts.
