Customer Insights Lab is intended to advance our knowledge in buyer behaviors. We assist our clients with both basic and applied data analytics and market research that involves buying behaviors of individual consumers and business entitiesI have attended guest speakers and have received training and utilized R, Qualtrics XM, Excel, and more.Contributed to the literature review of an academic research project through the Learn Through Discovery Program which investigates the impact of culture on social media.

Under the devices function, I cleaned three data sources: SSD TAM, HDD TAM, and their Forecast data which came from three different sources that had different naming conventions, styles, and formats. I implemented these changes into a Product Master file which embodies the history of SSD&HDD products sold along with cleaned product attributes (Customer, segment, capacity, endurance, form factor, etc.). I then created a working dashboard that contains a stitched data source of these separate data sources, a consolidated table, and graphs with analyses involving Unit share, PB share, and Revenue share. Findings were presented to the Senior Global Executive, my manager, directors, senior managers, and more.

In collaboration with a team from Boeing, we conduct descriptive and prescriptive analytics on data sets provided by Boeing. Our main focus is to understand and analyze factors impacting aircraft corrosion and deliver insights to Boeing's goal of controlling and preventing this inevitable issue.
