I began my journey in the tech field at the start of 2022, and I feel like I’ve finally found my place. I’ve always enjoyed solving problems, using investigative reasoning, and trying to see the big picture. And I found all that in the technology sector.Today, I’m working in the quality assurance area, focusing on ITIL processes to ensure that the company’s Configuration Management Database is populated with accurate information. I primarily use Excel and Power BI for quality control, and with an analytical approach, I also work with the processes involving the CMDB to ensure its proper updating.During this internship, having contact with reports and KPIs (as well as Python during my studies), a strong interest in data analysis have sparked on me. My current goal is to deepen my knowledge in this field and in Power BI to explore the scenarios I’m involved in, generate insights, and develop solutions.
