I conducted interviews with 8 government officials who worked across different departments within the provincial government. The research findings were used to determine the the value of open data and to make recommendations about the quality, accessibility, and scope of open data.Lastly, at the trade analytics department, I led a project that utilized the gravity model to determine which countries should be prioritized by Ontario for trade. This entailed reviewing the surveys which were administered to households to ensure it captures relevant information as well as translating and cleaning the data sets before the analysis.
