• Recruiting workers for Installation team.• Allocation of worker’s daily duties Program as per site work & follow up their duty timing.• Get the Tools issued as per site requirements (Consumable & Non-consumable) & keep the tool account.• Personally, Involvement in measuring the site required work. • Personally, Involvement in making Drawing (Blue Print) & Quotation for all required work. • Follow up & ensure the quality of material that is under production.• Involvement in dispatching from Factory & get finished material handover to Site-Supervisor. • Fix & ensure the Time-Limit for Installation work with Site-Supervisor.• Get all work installed with full of responsibility by visiting each site. • Keep Coordination with Client, Architect and Company’s authorities for healthy and profitable environment.• Ensure all guidelines for Worker’s Safety & Health on site. • Making the Efficient Site-Expenses-policy & follow up.• Making Daily Program for Site-vehicle for smooth work.• Daily Basis Meeting with Site-Supervisor and Weekly with Workers.• Supervise & executes a team of 40+ employees.
