Manifest and coordinate movement for soldiers and civilians within the theater, and connecting flights returning them to their locations. Monitor fixed wing, and rotary wing schedules. Verify and process air movement requests for both modes of travel. Coordinate movement of passengers, and arrange palletizing of their personal baggage or cargo. Maintain accountability, and brief passengers on changes to their flight schedules. Manifest passengers using the Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES).
