 Completion of Family-Based Petition Packages (I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864), NVC Consular Processing, Fiancé Visa (I-129), Removal of Conditions (I-751), Naturalization of Citizenship (N-400), VAWA (I-360), response to RFE’s. Completion of Asylum packages (affirmative and defensive), NOF to IJ and DHS, PSG Briefs,  Draft Motion to reconsider, Motion to Reopen, Motion to Reopen in Absentia, Motion to Reopen and Terminate, Motion to Administratively Close, Motion to Terminate, and Motion to Transfer Venue. Manage a docket of 20+ cases monthly. Manage court calendar and file Notice of Filings and Motions through EOIR ECAS. Draft petitions for Prosecutorial discretion, and contact the corresponding OPLA attorney and JA to coordinate Joint Motions Experience with EOIR ECAS filings, and FL Courts filings. Conduct Client interviews to help them draft asylum affidavits and extreme hardship affidavits. Conduct extensive legal research on important topics on Motions and Briefs.  Analyze and develop strategies to provide supporting evidence for immigration or relief eligibility. Maintain continuous communication with the clients during the immigration and visa process to address their questions and doubts.
