Sandra Lee is the Founder & CEO of CallVitalz Inc., a phone process/customer experience AI technology company, based in Baltimore, Maryland. Lee spent over 25 years focusing on customer experience and digital technology space. In 2006, Lee co-founded a startup company, CallRevu, LLC, that focused primarily on the monitoring of first point of a customer's contact (phone calls) within the automotive industry. This company was able to quickly identify areas of opportunities over the phone and immediately implement change with focused solutions. In 2019, the company surpassed 100 Million calls monitored! As a result of Lee’s personal healthcare experience with her healthcare provider, it became clear that patients and providers experienced many of the same frustrations and challenges over the phone. Lee has been able to meet with several healthcare industry experts and it is clear that providing pro-active visibility into the phone process is key for improving the Patient Experience and Revenue Cycle Management.
