I provide Technical Support to Meadow brook Elementary of Rochester Community Schools. I assist principal and teachers with any IT , voice, video and data technology problems making sure technology is up and running always. I perform desktop, laptop, chrome book, projectors, interactive white boards, peripheral devices, voice systems, and handheld computer hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance. I also ensure that technical needs in the school are met during the several Michigan Department of Education student assessments.

I worked as a SQL developer involved in development and testing of the Web and Client Server Applications at Ramco Systems Limited. I have written Stored Procedures and Functions in SQL 2000 to verify Business Logic Implementation and execute various database routines. I was involved in different phases of Software Development Life Cycle like design, coding, review and testing. I have actively participated in the review of Business Requirements Documents and analyzed User Requirements and Technical specifications. I have also performed Manual Testing of the Web Applications to determine ease of usability and workflow process for Quality Assurance.
